This is a service explanation, not an event notice. Separating enquiries, location checks and formal agreements helps families understand progress without mistaking a message for a completed booking.
Boarding needs a clear handover at collection as well as arrival. Check records, belongings, outstanding matters and contacts so care at home can continue. This is preparation advice, not a description of base facilities.
A machine name is not an operating guide. Confirm assistance, eligibility, instructions and whom to contact before deciding. This is a communication guide, not a device manual.

A logo helps families recognise Ruyi Garden. Clear agreements turn recognition into trust, through a confirmed memorial location, a basic wooden name plaque, remote verification and arrangements for future visits.
